RETURNS & REFUNDS

If an item is damaged or faulty, you are entitled to your choice of either a full refund or exchange, provided the item is returned within 7 days of delivery/purchase. Once the item has been received, inspected and approved we will issue you with your refund or exchange.

If an item doesn’t fit or doesn’t comply with the description, you are entitled to an exchange, provided the item is returned within 7 days of delivery/purchase, and is unused with the original tags still attached. Once the item has been received, inspected and approved we will issue your exchange.

A key condition of our Returns Policy is that the item is in a saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold)

As the majority of our products are custom made as a general rule we generally do not provide returns for incorrectly ordered sizes or products that are no longer needed. In the limited situations where we do have stock on hand we will endeavour to exchange the product. The decision whether to exchange the product is at the sole discretion of us, the supplier.
