Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Please note that for orders such as team uniforms where a club has control of allocation of player numbers and vetting or player names to be added to playing apparel delivery times generally will not be delivered in our standard delivery times. Your club, league or association governs the delivery times in these instances. Contact us to find out more about this and how it relates to your purchase.
Generally and custom made product takes 3 to 4 weeks to manufacture and deliver.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
MyClubCRMships to addresses and P.O Boxes within Australia.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your order tracking number(s).
Customs, Duties and Taxes
MyClubCRMis not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
MyClubCRM is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of Australia.
1a. The Supplier warranty covers faults arising from defective workmanship or materials. Should any fault due to defective workmanship or materials be proven at any time within the warranty period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of final payment, The Supplier will rectify such fault free of charge, providing the product is returned freight paid to The Supplier with proof of purchase.
1b. The warranty period for all products is thirty (30) calendar days after the date of final payment. The warranty shall not cover any abuse, improper use, alterations or use other than in accordance with the proper care instructions shown on the garment’s care label.
1c. Subject to the matters set out in this warranty, no liability (expressed or implied) is accepted for any consequential loss, damage or injury arising as a result of a fault in the Product.
2a. Subject to conditions of clause 1. Warranty being met, replacement items are available if required and are at the discretion of The Supplier. Items that have a manufacturing fault will be replaced. The Supplier must be notified of any faulty garment within 4 weeks of garment delivery.
b. Given that products are custom made returns are not possible unless for the reasons specified in clause 1.
